At ANZ Chemicals, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring the safe handling of high-grade chemical products. Below are the terms that govern our return and refund policies.

Eligible Returns

• Product damaged in transit
• Incorrect or mismatched product received
• Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or wrongly delivered.

• Opened or used containers
• Custom-packed or bulk orders
• Laboratory-grade chemicals with broken seals
• Perishable or reactive chemicals

Shipping Damages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If it appears tampered or damaged, do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and contact us immediately.

Return Request Timeline

Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

Email us at enquiry@anzchemicals.in with your order ID, issue details, and supporting photos.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include invoice and batch number.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or credit note.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide exchanges. You may request a return and place a new order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
